How do I send a 2-Way Text within the Lead Center?

Important:  2-Way Texting is currently only available in the US and Canada. 2-Way Texting is only available to text Leads in the Lead Center.

First, click on Magic > Lead Center > Conversations > Conversation Options > Create New Conversation: 

If this is your first time sending a two-way text within Studio Pro, you'll need to request your unique toll-free number. (this process takes 2-3 weeks to get approval from the FCC, so please allow some lead time before you send your first 2-way texts)

Click the blue "Start Conversation" button to the right of the lead you'd like to chat with:

On the next screen, you'll type your message (you can click and drag the bottom right corner of the text field if you need more space to view the message) and click Send:

Messages will be listed on the Conversations tab and will show both outgoing and incoming messages. Incoming messages will show in BOLD until they are read.

Notice:  There is not a notification when a text comes in - it will only show the message in bold in the list of conversations.
