How do I customize Lead Stages?

Leads can be categorized depending on what stage they fall into in your sales funnel. They begin as a Lead, but can progress through the standard options, or you can even add in your own custom stages.

To view the standard stages, or customize your own, go to Magic > Lead Center > Other Settings > Stages:

To add a custom stage, click on Lead Stage Options > Create New Stage:

Enter the Stage name, where you'd like the Stage placed within the Leads path and click "Create Stage."

Now when you look at your "Stages" page, you'll see the new Stage that was just created:

Notice:  Lead Center is only available on the Elite subscription level.
