Move a Parent or Student Account to the Lead Center

Move an existing Parent or Student account into the Lead Center to re-engage inactive or stale accounts through lead nurturing workflows.

Prerequisites

• User has permission to edit Parent and Student accounts

• Lead Center is enabled (your account needs to be on the Elite Tier for this)

• Account (Parent or Student) already exists in the system

To Start

1. Navigate to the Main Parent or Student Page in Studio Pro and select the Parent(s) you'd like to move to the Lead Center
   

2. Select Parent Actions > Move to Lead Center

3. Select the Lead Stage (required), and fill in any of the optional information as well (Lead Source, Campaign, Admin Note). Then click Move to Lead Center to complete the move.

Any associated children will also be moved to the Lead Center. All history (classes, payments, communications) will be preserved on their accounts.

4. Verify the Parent is now in the Lead Center, along with the students (children).

Move from Parent vs. Student Profile

• The process is the same whether initiated from a Parent or Student account

  • On a Parent account, you'd click Parent Actions > Move to Lead Center:

• If initiated from a Student, the associated Parent account will also be moved

Assign to a Lead Workflow

• After moving the account, assign it to a lead nurturing sequence

• This can be done immediately or at a later time within the Lead Center

Troubleshooting

Problem: “Move to Lead Center” option is not visible
Solution:

• Make sure your Studio Pro account is on the Elite tier

Problem: Account does not appear in the Lead Center after moving
Solution:

• Refresh the Lead Center view

• Check filters to ensure the account is not hidden

• Confirm the move action was successfully completed

FAQ

Can I move an account back from the Lead Center?
Yes, accounts will move back to Parents or Students when the student is enrolled in a class.

Does moving an account delete any data?
No, all account data is preserved when moving to the Lead Center.

Will the account automatically enter a lead sequence?
No, you must manually assign the account to a workflow unless automation is configured.

Can I move multiple accounts at once?
Yes! From the main Parents page or Students page, you can check off multiple accounts and then click the Parent Actions or Student Actions button, to select Move to Lead Center.
