When you first set up your account, only Administrators can see reports. You can then share reports with Super Users and Normal Users as needed.
To allow other users to see reports, start by going to More > Settings and clicking "Users" in the left menu. Then click the button for "User Role Settings."

On the next screen, click the button to either "Edit Super User" or "Edit Normal User."

Next, you can check the boxes for the reports they should be able to see, and click "Save Changes."

When those changes are saved, now your users will see "Reports" under the "More" menu, but their reports only list the ones you allow them to run.
