New passwords must:
- Be at least 12 characters long
- Contain 3 of the following:
- Upper case letter
- Lower case letter
- Special character (ex: !@#$%^&*?)
- Numbers
- Be different than the previous four passwords
Start by going to More > Settings.
Then, click the "Account Actions" button, and select "Change my Password."

Your account holds important information, such as bank details, payment information, and personal data about your customers, so keeping it secure is our top priority.
To help protect your data, we’re introducing a few simple updates to our password policy:
- We used to require 8 characters -> That has been updated to 12
- We used to require it be different from the last -> That has been updated to different from the last four
These steps make it harder for anyone else to gain access to your account and ensure that your information remains safe, even if an old password was ever exposed elsewhere.
We know password changes can be a small inconvenience, but these updates go a long way in keeping your account and your customers’ data secure.
