You are able to create other logins for a family using the Contacts feature. This is useful in the case of divorced parents, grandparents that help pay, and older students that want their own login to the family account.
Start by going to the main Parents page and selecting the parent for that family. Then click Contacts in the left menu.
If you already have a contact added, click on the contact name to edit. Otherwise, click on Add New Contact.
You can now edit/add that contact and Save Changes. Make sure to enter a unique email address for this contact.
After you have added the contact, you can click into the contact again to check the box for "Has Own Login" and Save Changes.
Once you have saved that option, you will now see a button for Password. You can choose Reset Password to manually create their password:
Or you can click Email New Password to have the system generate a password and email it to the contact. Once a password has been created, this contact can log in to your portal to make payments for the students assigned to this family.
