You can link as many parents, guardians, or emergency contacts as you need to a single student. This is helpful for families with multiple caregivers or situations such as divorced parents who both need separate access.
Step 1: Open the Student Profile
In your Studio Pro account, go to the Students section (from the main menu).
Select the student you want to edit or create a new student from the menu on the left.
Step 2: Go to the Family Members Section
On the student profile, click the Family Members link in the side panel.
Click on the Assigned Parent.
Step 3: Add or Link a Parent
To add a new parent/guardian, click "Add New Contact" and enter their information.
Step 4: Set Communication Preferences
For each contact, you can choose what level of communication they’ll receive.
For example:
Full access: Receives all notifications, billing, and scheduling info.
Limited access: Receives only basic updates via Robo-Text and Email, but not Statements.
You can adjust these settings as needed.
Step 5: Save Your Changes
Click Save Contact to confirm your changes.
The parent/guardian will now appear under the student’s Family Members list.
Step 6: Provide Own Login
You can also give this contact their own login. Click on the Contact's Name, and check the box next to Has Own Login and Save Changes.
Once that is saved, click on the Password button on the contact and choose to either Reset Password for them or Email New Password.
If you reset it for them, you'll need to communicate the new password to them directly so they can access it. If you choose to email them a password, the system will send them their new password, which they can use to log in to your Parent Portal.
What Happens Next
Each parent or guardian with an email address can receive their own login credentials.
You can edit or remove contacts at any time from the Family Members section.
Additional contacts will have access based on the communication level you selected.

Q: I'm not seeing the Family Members link. Where is that?
A: Make sure you're viewing the Student Profile page, and not the main student list.
Q: The Add New Contact button isn't visible. Where is it?
A: You may not have permission to manage student records. Please contact your studio admin.
Q: Why are parents not receiving login emails?
A: Check that their email address is correct and marked as "Send Email" (for additional contacts).
Q: Can I add the same parent to multiple students?
A: Yes! You can link the existing parent profile to each student - no need to create a duplicate.
