You can restore a parent that has been deleted from the main Parents page.
Go to the main "Parents" page and look under the "Parent Options" button. Click on "Restore a deleted parent."
On the "Restore" screen, click on the "Restore Parent" button for the parent you want to undelete. You will now see that parent in your list of parents. If any students belong to the restored parent you will need to reassign them.
