You can add extra phone numbers to a family by adding Contacts to the main parent for the family. These contacts can be used by the system when you send Robo-Texts and Robo-Dials if you opt to include them. This lets you add an infinite number of phone numbers to a family to include in Robo-Texts and Robo-Dials.
Start by going to the main Parents page and selecting the parent. Then click Contacts in the left menu.
Now click Add New Contact.
Fill in the form that pops up, check the boxes to include this phone number in Robo-Texts and/or Robo-Dials, and click Save Contact.
