The Attendance Analyzer is your opportunity to get a high-level view of your attendance trends. You can get to the analyzer in a few different ways, including going to your main Classes page and looking under the Class Options button.
On the Attendance Analyzer page, you can change which chart you want to view at the top. When you change the chart view, the description below changes to explain what data is being displayed.
By default, the chart displays for the last 30 days. You can change the amount of time that is displayed under the Time Display section on the right.
The chart also starts by showing totals by day and you can change that with the Totals by dropdown.
For example, changing to Weekly and clicking Update Report changes our view to show totals by week instead of by day.
For example, changing to Weekly and clicking Update Report changes our view to show totals by week instead of by day.
When you first open the Attendance Analyzer data for ALL classes are displayed. You can filter that data under the Filters section by making a selection in BOTH dropdowns.
For example, to only show data for my Monday classes you can pick Day of the Week and Monday. Clicking Update Report would then refresh the chart to only show attendance data for classes that meet on Mondays.
You can filter the report by location, teacher, class group, as well as the day of the week. To remove a filter, just click on the filter that was added and it is removed. You can add multiple filters of the same type and the system would show classes that meet either criterion.
For example, if you add Monday and Tuesday then the system shows Monday and Tuesday classes when you click Update Report.
