You are able to use the Send to... feature on the main Students page to send student data to a printable report or download it to excel.
First, go to Students and check the boxes for the students you want to send. You can also use the many different quick options to have the system help with checking boxes.
Next, look under the Student Actions button for Send Selected Students to...
Now click Excel, select the fields you would like included, and click Send.
The selected student info is now opened in a new window that can be downloaded or printed.
