You are able to use the "Send to..." feature on the "Main Parents" page to send parent data to a printable report or download it to Excel.
First, go to "Parents" and check the boxes for the parents you want to send. You can also use the many different quick options to have the system help with checking boxes.
Next, look under the "Parent Actions" button for "Send Selected Parents to..."
Now click "Excel," select the fields you would like included, and click "Send."
The selected parent info is now opened in a new window that can be downloaded or printed.
