Smarter Email Communication in Studio Pro
Q: Why is my Communication Dashboard showing 0 data?
A: The dashboard only shows emails sent after the feature was released. If you haven’t sent a RoboMailer since then, no data will appear yet.
Q: Why aren’t my emails being tracked?
A: If your account is connected to Google, emails are sent through Gmail, which prevents Studio Pro from tracking them. To use tracking, you’ll need to disconnect Google.
Q: Do I need to purchase anything to use the Communication Dashboard?
A: No. This feature is included in all Studio Pro plans (Essentials, Premier, and Elite).
Q: Can I customize templates after selecting them?
A: Yes. Once a template is inserted, you can edit or adjust the content before sending.
Q: Can I personalize emails (e.g., insert parent names automatically)?
A: Not at this time. For now, personalization must be done manually. You can submit this as a feature request in the Idea Portal.
Q: Which emails appear in the Communication Dashboard?
A: Only emails sent through RoboMailer are tracked. Other system emails (like statements) will not appear.
Q: What email address will messages send from if I disconnect Google?
A: Emails will appear to come from a “no-reply” Studio Pro address, but replies will still be routed to the designated sender.
Q: Can I use any email as the sender?
A: Yes, you can assign different email senders within Studio Pro, as long as Google is not connected.
Q: What should I do if a parent says they didn’t receive an email?
A: Check the Communication Dashboard to confirm delivery status. If delivered, ask them to check spam or mark your email as a safe sender.
Q: Can automated emails (Personal Assistant) be customized?
A: Customization is limited at this time. For more flexibility, consider submitting a request through the Idea Portal.
