What's New?

Here's the short version: everything you rely on today is still here. Same features, same data, same workflows you've already mastered, just cleaner and easier to use, so you can get in, done, and back to your students. The new left-hand navigation keeps your most-used areas one click away at all times.

Quick Links, right where you need them

Tucked at the bottom of the left-hand navigation, Quick Links is your shortcut for the stuff you do constantly: Add a New Family, Add a New Student, Add a New Class, and Add a New Staff Member, all one click away without hunting through a menu first. No matter what page you're on, it's right there.

Students, simplified

Your Student Lists page works the way it does now – browse by season, search, filter, and manage your roster – but with a cleaner layout that makes it easier to scan tuition, classes, and balances at a glance. Every student record, every class history, every note you've ever added is exactly where you left it.

Classes, at a glance

Managing your class schedule gets a visual upgrade too. Season tabs, class rosters, teacher assignments, and enrollment counts are all still one click away, just easier on the eyes and quicker to navigate when you're juggling a packed schedule.

Tuition and billing, made clearer

Billing is where the new design really shines. A single view shows you who owes money today, how many items are overdue, and whether any late fees have posted, so you can stay ahead of collections instead of chasing them down. Your tuition calculations, payment processing, and Auto-Pay settings all carry over exactly as they are today.

What this means for you

To be clear about what's not changing: your data, your settings, your reports, and your day-to-day workflows all carry forward. This isn't a new system to learn from scratch, it's the Studio Pro you already know, tuned up to work faster and feel better.
