Copying a season can be quite a time saver as you prepare for a new term; here’s how to do it.
Log in and go to the More menu and select Seasons.
On the Seasons page, select the existing season that you want to copy.
You should now be looking at the detail for your existing season. Under the Season Actions button, select Copy Season.
The Make a Copy page is displayed and the data from your existing season is entered in the boxes. Make sure to change the following information for your new Season.
- New Season Name
- Season Start Date
- Season End Date
- Online Registration Start Date
- Online Registration End Date
- Age Cut Off Date
As you scroll down, you will see options for more items that can be copied along with your season. You can copy the classes assigned to your current season into your new season, as well as music, files, costumes, and goals.
Next, decide if you need to copy students into your new season classes. If your students are going to register for classes in your new season, you do not need to check this box.
Important: You only check this box if you want the student rolls for your previous season to be entered in your new season classes.
Last, scroll to the top of the page and click Save Copy.
You should now see your new season listed along with your previous seasons.

When I am trying to save my new season end date and registration end date, it is not saving and showing that registration is closed and giving me this [Aug 07,2022 to Nov 30,-0001 (-105539 weeks) Jul 26,2022 to (-105537 weeks)] --- How can I fix this?!
