How do I set how many times a season fee is charged per family?

 

When you click that button you can change the settings for that fee. 

**For example, you can give it a name and a transaction code, and also tell the system to only charge brand new students.

 

The Max # of Fees per Family setting lets you control how many times a family is charged that fee when they register online. If you just leave this setting at zero (0.000), then there will be NO limit per family and the system will charge each student that registers for that season.

**For example, if the fee should only be charged one time per family you would enter 1 in that box.  **Another example, if the fee was 50.00 for the first student and 25.00 for the second student for a total family max charge of 75.00 you can make the fee 50.00 and enter 1.500 as the Max # Fees per Family.
