No class dates are dates that the class will not meet that are on regularly scheduled calendar days. This typically includes holidays or days that regular school is out of session. You can define no class dates on the specific class or the season.
To define no class days on the class, go to the Class detail page and click the No-Class Dates actions. You can add any dates that are between the start and end dates of the season or class.
No class dates will NOT appear on roll sheets, lesson plans, or MyApp-Pro schedules.
To add No-Class Dates by season, go to More > Seasons > select the Season > No-Class Dates from the left side menu. The dates entered on this page will automatically be applied to all classes that are assigned to that season.
Adding a No-Class Date will not impact the tuition for any of the classes in this season unless you use session based pricing or weekly rates.
