Go to More > Seasons and pick your season that has ended. Under the Season Actions button go to Season Class Detail.
That will take you to a Classes page with just the classes for that PAST season.
How can I see the rolls for my Season that is over?

I am trying to determine how many enrolled students we had during a past season. All totals only show active, which not all students listed as active were enrolled.
