Sure! Go to the main "Parents" page and select the parent. Then click "Process Payment" in the left menu. Select whether you would like to charge according to the Balance, Tuition, or Other.
Selecting "Balance" or "Tuition" will set the amounts for you based on your selection. Selecting "Other" will let you choose the amounts to charge. When you have made that selection, click "Next."
Double-check and edit the amounts to be charged on the next screen. Then click "Credit Card Payment."
On the next screen, you can leave the box checked to apply a convenience fee, or uncheck the box to not include a convenience fee. Then click "Next."
You now see the total to be charged and your payment options based on the merchant services you have set up.
You can now enter the card info to process the payment. Your checkout screen may look slightly different based on how you accept payments.
After the payment is completed, you have the option to print a receipt or email a receipt to the parent.
The receipt will include the total paid and the individual transactions that were added to each student for this payment.
