How do I make an appointment only available to eligible students?

Studio Pro now offers the ability to create an Eligible Students list for Appointments and Private Lessons.

You can limit which of your students can sign up online for certain Appointments & Private Lessons. To set this up, go to More > Appointments & Private Lessons, select a Service (or add a new one), then click Eligible Students in the left menu.

On the Eligible Students page, you can either use the search box to search for a student’s name or find their name and check the box on the list of your students.

Don’t forget to save your changes!

Then, on the right side of the page, it will show a list of currently Eligible Students, and they can be removed from the list at any time.

The Private Lesson will only show up as an option to schedule in the Eligible Students’ portals.
