How do I add a Cancellation or Booking timeframe on my Appointments & Private Lessons

The services you set up under More > Appointments & Private Lessons now have optional Cancel Notice and Booking Notice settings.

The Cancel Notice lets you set how far in advance that service must be canceled, while the Booking Notice lets you set how far in advance an appointment should be scheduled.
