How do I assign rooms to Appointments and Private Lessons?

 

Click the checkboxes for the rooms that this private lesson can be performed in. The Sort Order drop-down sets the desired priority of the room that you want the system to assign to the private lesson when someone books this service. The system will always attempt to assign the desired room based on the sort order you define.

 

If you need to add more rooms, go to More > Settings > Dance Studio Rooms from the left side menu
