The following template can be used when switching from a third-party processor (Stripe, Authorize.net, Ezidebit) to Studio Pro Merchant Services.
Dear Families,
We are excited to share that we are upgrading our payment processor linked with Studio Pro, our studio software (also known as Studio Pro). This update allows for a more streamlined payment processing experience for our customers as well as studio management. When you log into your Parent Portal, you’ll notice a banner at the top notifying you that a credit card update is needed. Please follow the instructions below to update your payment method:
To get started:
- Log into your Parent Portal
- Click the “Update Payment Method” button in the banner on your portal homepage
- Update your payment method (credit/debit or ACH/bank draft/BECS)
After you’ve set up your account using the instructions above, your payment method will continue to be charged as normal.
It’s that easy! Please complete the steps above by INSERT DEADLINE.
