How do I let Normal Users send emails and text messages?

By default, normal users cannot send emails and other types of messages, but you can change this for your account. 

Start by going to More > Settings, then click "Users" in the left menu.  Then click "User Role Settings."

 

Click "Edit Normal Users Settings."

 

Now choose the "Actions" tab, and check the box for "Let my Normal users send messages." Then Save Changes.
