New Software Announcement Email Template

The email template below and images on where to find the new Portal app can be used to send out to your customers, letting them know the benefits they're gaining now that you're using Studio Pro, and how they can utilize the new Parent Portal.

Dear Families,

I am excited to share that we are upgrading our studio software to a different service provider called Studio Pro (also known as Studio Pro). We are implementing this change to provide you with enhanced, easy-to-use features. This will make it convenient for you to: 

• Register for classes
• View your child(ren)’s class schedule
• Make payments
• Receive communication and updates
• And much more!

To get started:

1. Look for an email titled “(Your Dance Studio) Parent Portal Login”
2. Click the login link 
3. Use the credentials provided to sign in and create a new password

After you’ve set up your account using the instructions above, you can download the free Parent Portal app directly to your smartphone. 

To use the app:

1. Download the app from the Apple store or Google Play store
2. Enter your current Studio Pro credentials 
3. Click "log in"
