Class availability is very dependent on the student and class in question. We have a tool to help you check the settings that are involved all in one place.
Go to Classes, pick your class and click Registration in the left menu.
The Settings Check will give you a general check of your settings related to online registration for this class.

The Student Check will show you reasons why a student can or cannot see a class in the online registration screen. To begin click the Student Check button and search for the student that cannot enroll in this class. Then click the Check Student button.

The checker will then compare the settings for your class, season, and the selected student to tell you if there is a reason that student would be prevented from registering for that class.

In this case, the class is not marked to allow registration. You can click the Edit link to jump straight to the page to edit that setting.
