Sure! Just as a reminder, parents that are pending are families that went to into the Parent Portal and picked classes but did not submit a payment to complete the registration process.
To contact all of those people at one time, go to the main Parents page.
Click More and then select a season in the dropdown that says "Check parents with pending registrations in season...".
Parents with pending registrations will automatically be checked, and you can then use the Parent Actions button to contact them using Robo-Mailer or Robo-Texter.

Would be helpful if admin had access to pending registrations report - they are the team who follows up on pending registrations. The pending registration report tells the admin staff what class they have pending so they can help guide them.
I agree. There needs to be a notification or report for pending / incomplete registrations
