Sure, there are a few options in the system that will allow parents to complete an online registration without the system asking for a payment. One option is to have online registration add fees to accounts instead of asking for a payment.
To enable that option, go to Magic > Online Registration and select "Just add fees to the balance for registration and tuition" in the "How to Handle Charges" dropdown:
With Only Add Fees turned ON, the parent will pick classes and agree to the fees. Then they will show a balance for the registration fee, tuition, or both depending on your settings.
Another option for allowing parents to register without making a payment is to NOT require any payments. Be sure to uncheck the "Collect Tuition" box under Magic > Online Registration and disable your registration fees. Then the customer will be added directly to the classes they pick without being asked for payment.
