When you use online registration through your parent portal, you have the option to have Studio Pro calculate:
1.Tuition
2.Registration Fees
3.Season Fees
4. Class Specific Fees
You can set it up so that those fees have to be paid by your customer in order to finish their enrollment, or you can just have the system post the fees to the student balance. Depending on how you like to manage your transactions, you may prefer that online registration add due dates for those fees. Along those same lines, you may also want online registration to assign a late fee policy to go along with the due date.
In order to set up Online Registration Due Dates, go to Magic > Online Registration in the main menu. Then in the Settings panel look for the two checkboxes below to add due dates for tuition fees and for registration fees.

Check those boxes as needed and fill in the number of days and the starting point. You have the option to base the due date on the date they register or on the season start date.
**For example, you can make the due date be 3 days after the day they register for classes, or you could make it 10 days after the first day of the season. You can also select late fee policies that should be applied to each type of fee if you want a late fee to be posted automatically.

Make sure to scroll down and save your settings. Now, when a parent registers then due dates will automatically be added to the fees you set up for online registration.
