Administrators will see links throughout the system to Manage Transaction Codes. One such place is on the student Transactions screen.
To get there, select a student and click Transactions in the left menu. When you select the Posting Type from the dropdown menu, you will see the Manage Transaction Codes link.
You can also go to More > Settings and click Transaction Codes & Types in the left menu.
On the Transaction Code Settings screen, you can click the button to Add New Transaction Code or select an existing code to edit it.
