Promo codes allow you to offer a percentage or fixed discount during the online registration process* to certain customers. You can provide them to previous students, new students, or anyone who needs a registration discount.
*Note* Promo codes can not be applied to Drop-In Classes
Once you set up a promo code, customers can enter it on the registration checkout screen.
When a promo is applied and registration is completed, it will be indicated on the student Transactions screen.
Use the Promo Code Report under More > Reports > Billing tab to see an overview of the discounts given by a selected promo code.
Just select the promo code you want to report on and click Run Report.

Does this also apply to Trial Classes?
We are running a promotion for free trial classes this month and put a Promo code out so that people don't pay the trial fee but it isn't working.
i have set up promo code but our customers cant not enter into their registration check out - there is no space to enter anything
