By default when someone registers for a class online they are fully enrolling in that class and would be included in attendance for every session that class meets. You can also set up drop-ins, where students pick what days they will be attending and/or show up when they are able.
To set up online registration for drop-in classes, go to Magic > Online Registration and click the Drop-Ins tab.
The first selection you need to make is How to Handle Charges:

Your options are:
Don't collect payments or post fees
This means that they can pre-register for drop-in classes without paying online or having anything posted to their balance. Then, when they come to class, you can post the fee from the iPad Class Manager.
Just post fees to their balance
This means that when they register online, the system will add the fees for the classes selected to their balance, but they don't have to pay upfront.
Collect payment for drop-in fees
This means they must pay the drop-in fee to complete their online registration for the drop-in dates they select.
Next, you can include a punch card option. If you are selling punch cards and allow people to use a 'punch' when they come to a drop-in class, you can check "Punch Card Option." The system will not make them pay or post fees if they are planning on using a punch card for that drop-in session.
Now, you can set up your classes to accept drop-in registration online. Go to Classes, pick the class, and then click Drop-Ins in the left menu.
Fill in the settings and click Save.
When your students register online for a class, they can choose the dates they will attend.

What are the right settings to ensure that dance cards/punch cards can be used to pay for a drop in class when they register for that drop in class online? Right now the online portal registration is trying to charge students who want to register for a specific date without taking into account that they have previously purchased punch card/dance card.
