Can students book a trial class online?

 

On the Class Trials page, click Update Settings.

 

Next, fill out the form.  Select the Trial Registration setting for online registration for this class, enter the payment that should be made in order to register for the trial, and the number of class sessions that the trial lasts. 

**If the trial is free you can enter 0.00 as the trial fee.

 

With this enabled, students will now see a Schedule Trial link in online registration for that class.  When they click that link they then select the date to start their trial from a dropdown.

 

Just like with class registration, if there is a fee for a trial the customer would then be asked to pay that fee in order to schedule the trial.

 

Once the customer has completed that process, you see the trial scheduled for that class.
