You can! Much like class confirmations, you can choose to print out your class suggestions or email them directly to your parents.
First, you need to set up your suggestions letter. Start by going to More > Settings and clicking "Confirmations & Suggestions" in the left menu.
Then click on the "Setup Suggestions Email" button.
Fill in the suggestions letter fields and click "Save Changes".
When that is done you are ready to print or email your suggestion letters. Go to More > Parents and check the boxes for the parents you want to generate letters for. Then look under the "Parent Actions" button for Class Suggestions.
Select whether to print or email, and then click "Process".
Suggestions will either appear on your screen to be printed or be emailed to the parents you selected.

It would be great to select the students or Season you want to send them to. For example, I don't want to send them to every parent -- only select parents. Is that an option?
