You are able to define a custom registration email under Magic > Online Registration, and you can also set up special registration emails per season under More > Seasons. Both of these custom registration email options allow you to include files from classes.
For example, you can set it up so that everyone who registers for your Tap class has the "Tap Dress Code" file linked in the email they receive after registering online.
To add a file for a certain class to your registration email, begin by going to your main Classes page and clicking on the class. Next click "Files" in the left menu, browse for the file you want to add, enter the Display Name and select "Add to Reg Email," then click Upload.
With this setup, your custom registration email will now include this file for anyone that registers for this class online.
