You can set up automatic birthday emails for your students using your personal assistants.
Go to Magic > Personal Assistants and scroll down to the Birthday Helper section. Click Birthday Letter Setup.
Enter the subject for the email and fill out your letter fields. Click Save Changes.
**You can also add links to files you would like to include in the message. You can include a link to any file you have uploaded to your Studio Cloud.
After saving your letter settings, go back to your Personal Assistants and check the box to enable automatic birthday emails. Also, select when you would like those to be sent.
Those letters will now be sent by the system each day based on the birthday you have saved on your students.
