You are able to use your Personal Assistant to send emails to students the day after they attend a trial class. Keep in mind that this email will not be sent if they enroll in that class or if they are not marked present on the day they were scheduled to attend.
To set up your trial class follow-up, go to Magic > Personal Assistants in the main menu. Scroll down to the Trial Class Helpers section and click the Trial Follow-Up Setup button.

Fill in the content of the message you would like to send, then click Save Changes at the top of the page.

Now back on your Personal Assistants page you see a checkbox under Trial Class Helpers you see a checkbox to "Email follow-ups to students the day after they attend a trial class".

If you check this box, emails will go out automatically each day after a student attends a trial class.
