You are able to turn on your personal assistant collection helpers under Magic > Personal Assistants in the main menu. There you can set up emails, texts, or calls that go out to parents or students on selected days of the month. By default those messages will just say "Reminder, you have a balance of ______ at _____________" (where the first blank has the balance filled in and the second blank is your studio name).

Notice: Anywhere that you would like the calculated balance to appear in the message you can enter {balance}. For example, you could save a message that said "Reminder, you have a balance of {balance} due". When the personal assistant sent that email, if the student had a balance of $100 the message would read "Reminder, you have a balance of $100.00 due".
