There are several reasons why classes may not appear in Online Registration when a parent tries to register online.
1. Online Registration Start and End Dates within your Season Settings. Make sure that the current date is between the dates you've set up for your online registration availability dates. You can check this by going to More > Seasons.
2. Make sure that your classes are marked as "Allow Registration Online". You can check this by going to the "Classes" module and then clicking on an individual class.
3. The system checks to make sure that a registering student meets the age requirement for enrolling in a class online. Make sure that you have the Min and Max Age set correctly. Also, double-check the student's birthday.
4. The Online Registration system takes into account Age Cut Off Dates. If you've set this date, make sure they are set correctly. This can be set up on the Seasons settings.
Notice: We normally recommend that the Age Cut Off Date on your season should match your Season Start Date or a little while after that.
5. Make sure that you have set the Gender requirement correctly for the class. The Online Registration system checks to make sure that the registering student meets the Gender requirement for a class before displaying it as an option.
