Parents can log in to the MyApp-Pro with the exact same username and password as they use for the Parent Portal. If they already have a password for the portal, they DO NOT have to create a new password. They can just log right into the app. The users must be set up as a parent in the system to be able to access the app. When someone registers in the App, an email is sent to you requesting access. You have to manually approve that this person is affiliated with your studio and should have access to the app and your studio's information.
From the Magic menu, go to the MyApp-Pro page.
Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the screen. You will see everyone that has requested access to your app.
If someone that you know registers and has an email address already assigned to a parent, the system will automatically detect that. All you have to do is click the "Send Password" link by their name.
If the system cannot find a parent in the system with that email address assigned, then you either need to find the parent that wants to use that email address and add it to their parent in the Studio Pro system or you may have to create the parent in the system and then you can click the Send Password link.
At any time, even if someone hasn't registered on the app, you can send a parent the login by clicking on the Email Parent Portal Login button.
