In Studio Pro, you can set up automatic emails that send to parents whose payments fail when you run Auto-Pay.
To turn that on, please go to More > Settings > Auto-Pay Settings from the left side menu.
Scroll down on the page and check the box next to Payment Fail Notification to send a notification to parents when an Auto-Pay payment fails. Don’t forget to save your changes!
Then, your parents will receive email notifications letting them know the payment failed, as well as the error code.
