If a family pays in full for a Season or does not want Auto-Pay to be run for another reason, you can opt to stop Auto-Pay for that account through a certain date by adding a Stop Auto-Pay Through date.
You can enter this date on the Student's account under their tuition tab:
Once you've entered that date, Auto-Pay will not be run for that Student, even if the Parent is still enrolled in Auto-Pay. Once the date has passed, they will be included in Auto-Pay runs.
