This article shows how to set up Auto-Pay so customers can enroll through the Parent Portal and allow your studio to charge saved payment methods when collecting balances.
Prerequisites
Before enabling Auto-Pay, ensure the following are configured:

A merchant account is connected to Studio Pro:
Studio Pro Merchant Services (powered by Stripe)
Stripe
Authorize.net
Auto-Pay enrollment enabled in settings
Note:
Studio Pro does not store financial information such as credit card or bank account numbers. Payment requests are securely sent to your merchant processor, protecting both you and your customers.
Enable Auto-Pay Settings
Navigate to More.
Select Settings.
Click Auto-Pay Settings.
Turn Auto-Pay ON.

(Optional) Configure additional settings such as:
Transaction code
Auto-Pay agreement text
Opt Out in Parent Portal
SMS Notification
Payment Fail Notification
6. Click Save Changes.
Configure Surcharge/Convenience Fees (Optional)
If you haven't already set this up under Online Registration, you can also set surcharging or convenience fees (or none), under the Auto-Pay settings, and this will carry throughout your account.
Open Auto-Pay Settings.
Locate Surcharge/Convenience Fees.
Click the HERE text to set up.
Select your preferred option, or set to none.
Save your changes.

Troubleshooting
Problem
Auto-Pay enrollment is not visible in the Parent Portal.
Solution
Confirm that Auto-Pay is turned ON in More > Settings > Auto-Pay Settings.
Problem
Customers cannot enroll in Auto-Pay.
Solution
Verify that a merchant processor is connected and active.
