To add an ACH payment method for Auto-Pay, the Parent will log into their Parent Portal and go to Pay > Auto-Pay:
From there, they will select US bank account and enter their email, full name, and can search for their banking institution:
Tip: If they do not see their bank on the list, they can also click the link that says "Enter bank details manually instead". Click here to see how a parent would set that up.
They will select their bank from the options and will see this screen:
Once they hit Agree and continue, they will be prompted to log into their banking institution using their login credentials. Once in, they'll see a list of their bank accounts at that banking institution and will select the account they'd like to connect. Then they'll select Connect account.
They will see the option to save this account with Link, or they can select Not Now.
Once the payment method is connected, they will see this screen:
Sign-up is not fully complete yet. They need to click Back to Studio Pro to go back to their Parent Portal.
They will see their bank account listed and need to click on Sign Up:
Their payment method is now saved successfully.
