With the Split Payments option, you are able to set a specific amount that two different parents (grandparents, relatives, etc.) are charged when running Auto-Pay. This works exceptionally well in the case of divorced parents who split costs.
On the Parent account, first make sure the additional person is added as a Contact:
Click on the Contact's name and then the Methods tab:
Select Edit Payment Methods & Settings and enter the payment details for the card to save for Auto-Pay:
Once the method is saved, you can designate what percentage of Auto-Pay to charge the Contact's card and select Save:

It would be helpful to have an option to set up a Payment Plan for the additional contact parent with their saved payment method. Is this possible?
Hi Jesse! At this time, there isn't a way to set up a Payment Plan using the additional contact's payment method - only the main Parent.
What happens if one parents payment doesn't go through or they get a balance?
