If you click to view a Parent Portal, and the Portal doesn't pop up, it's likely due to the pop-up settings on the device you're using. This is also more common on iPhones using the Safari web browser.
Please ensure pop-ups are not blocked, and are enabled in order for the new window to open up with the Parent Portal.
