If you click to print and nothing happens, there are a few troubleshooting steps to try.
- First, ensure the power is turned on, the printer is plugged in, and connected to the computer.
- If you're still experiencing issues, head up to the toolbar and click on the DYMO Connect icon > Diagnose.
- A pop-up should show and display information on what the error could be.

can you print with a brother?
You can print labels on a regular printer using Avery 5160 labels, too.
