Why can't I upload my image?

There are three primary factors that can cause issues when you are trying to upload an image:

File Size: If your image is too large, you will not be able to upload it. You can resize the image in software like MS Paint or Publisher, and the smaller image should upload successfully. 

File Type: We recommend using .jpg or .png image files when trying to upload an image. 

File Name: Special characters (apostrophes, etc.) in a file name can keep an image file from uploading.
