What happens when a Parent gets locked out of their account?

For security purposes, when a Parent account is locked, the system will remain locked for 15-30 minutes. That time extends if further attempts are made to log in. It is important to advise the Parent to stop attempting to log in, as that will extend the time that the account is locked. 

Once the account is unlocked, the Parent can attempt to reset their password.
