You can create calendar events for anything you'd like families or staff to see, such as performances, recitals, picture days, school breaks, or any other important dates.
To create an event, go to More > Tickets & Events in the main menu.
Then click the "Add New Event" button, enter the Event details, and click "Save Event."
On the next screen, you can select which share option you'd prefer:

Do not share event – Keeps it private for admin/staff reference.

Share with everyone – Makes the event visible to all families in the Parent Portal.

Share just with classes assigned to this event – Limits visibility to families in specific classes.
Once saved, the event will appear on the calendar based on your selected sharing option.
